Thank you for supporting the participation of Andy Wildenberg in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Multifamily Job Task Analysis (JTA) Workshop for Building Operator, held on May 9-11, 2013 in Golden, Colorado. This session marked the first step in the consensus-based process of developing a comprehensive and accurate job description for a Multifamily Building Operator. The next step in the development of this JTA is a validation study. This study will be released by late June and will seek feedback from the greater industry on the accuracy and validity of the recently created job description.
